Shipping & Returns



Production Timeline
All our products are made by demand and the orders will be shipped within 10-15 working days. 

Shipping within India 
Shipping to anywhere in India is free. Orders in major cities of direct connectivity, are delivered in two days. For smaller cities and remote addresses, we keep a grace of up to 5 days. Please note while placing an order for Indian delivery, An Indian number must be provided.
(Excluding Sundays and Public holidays)

International Shipping
We offer international shipping services to destinations outside India. The shipping cost for your order can range from INR 3000 to INR 6000, subject to factors such as weight and location. In the event of remote delivery, an additional fee may be levied based on the actual shipping costs. If this occurs, please contact us via email to receive an invoice detailing the additional charges that need to be cleared.

Delivery can take up to 8-10 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Custom duties/taxes and insurance are not included in your order, and may vary from country to country. If you wish to insure the packet, please do send us an email at care (at) harvestseason.store

Harvest Season cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.


Return & Exchange

The photographs on our website are as close a representation of the actual product as it is photographically possible. However, we understand that sometimes something isn't quite right. If that is the case you can inform us within 3 days of receipt of order to the provided address and we'll be happy to exchange your ordered garment, for a different size or anything else you may choose. 

After the return request is accepted, please make sure goods reach us within 25 working days. The products must be in the same condition as delivered and must be sent back in the same packaging with the tags intact. An exchange can then be claimed within 90 days of us confirming the receipt of the return goods. Please note that this return process cycle for an exchange is only possible once.

Return To Origin (RTO)
In case the shipment delivery has failed and the shipment gets returned back to us, any resulting charges will be additionally borne by the customer. 

Custom orders
Customised/Personalised orders or the products which are not listed on the website and are made for the customer are not eligible for any return or exchange.

Sale orders
Sale Products are not eligible for return and exchange. We do not accept customisation requests for sale orders. 

International returns
All documentation and the exterior of the return container must be clearly labelled as “Returned Goods - No Commercial Value” to guarantee the prompt and cost-free return of the order. We are not liable for customs delays, taxes, or duties.

Exchange Conditions
All exchanges must be authorized by us before you send the goods back. After the return request is accepted, please make sure goods reach us within 25 working days. An exchange can be claimed within 90 days of us confirming the receipt of the return goods. Harvest Season holds the right to reject any exchange request if the products reach the studio after the stipulated time. The cost of any exchange or return has to be borne by the customer.

We will process your exchange only after we receive the garment that needs to be exchanged. All costs related to shipping and custom duties will be borne by the customer.

The merchandise should not be worn, washed and must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Once these conditions are met, the exchange shall be processed within 15 working days of the receipt of goods. 


Refund

All our products are made by demand and specifically for a customer, refunds are not available. Refunds will only be processed in case of an unfulfilled order or if there is a manufacturing defect in the garment delivered. Since all our products are hand-made, there will a be a certain level of variations in the measurements and colours and the same will not be considered as a product defect. The refund amount will be processed via the original mode of payment.

For any product related complaints, we'd kindly urge you to share the images or any other necessary details requested by the team within 3 days of communication, post which the investigation window will lapse. 

We endeavour to process your refund within 15 (fifteen) days from the date we receive the Product sent back by You. However, the refund is subject to the transaction and processing time taken by the bank after the NEFT is initiated by Us. In case of any refund discrepancies, We may at our sole discretion, request You to share with Us a screenshot of Your bank statement.
